Student Success & Instructional Support

support student success through structured, individualized instruction aligned to each student’s unique learning and behavioral needs. My work focuses on delivering Specially Designed Instruction (SDI), differentiating content, and using data-driven strategies to help students make meaningful academic progress.

I have experience working with students with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behavioral needs, providing targeted interventions that support both academic achievement and skill development.

Data-Driven Instruction & Progress Monitoring

I use data to inform instruction, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed. This includes tracking progress toward IEP goals, analyzing academic and behavioral data, and using that information to guide decision-making.

My approach prioritizes structured systems, clear documentation, and measurable outcomes to ensure that instruction and interventions are effective and aligned to student needs.

Behavior Support & Intervention Systems

I provide structured behavior support through the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). My approach emphasizes identifying the function of behavior, teaching replacement skills, and creating consistent systems that support student regulation and engagement.

I use frameworks such as PBIS, MTSS, and RTI to support both academic and behavioral needs, ensuring interventions are proactive, data-driven, and implemented with fidelity.
